Hansen HA4 valves are modular pressure regulators for (industrial) refrigeration systems with natural or synthetic refrigerants. The unique V-port characteristic provides a very accurate control. The valve can be equipped with up to three control modules. By combining the various modules, many combinations of features and functions can be realized. The HA4 valves have a small sister; the HA2. The HA2 can be equipped with one regulator module.
The valves have welding neck flanges. To reduce the assembly time, the Hansen valves can be mounted directly to the Hansen strainers (ST) and non-return valves (HCK).

| AL | Differential pressure. Keep the set differential pressure between the entry and outlet or other pressure source constant. |
| AO | outlet pressure. Opens when the outlet pressure drops. |
| AK | Overflow system. Fully open if the setting is exceeded and closes when the pressure drops. |
| Plugs | for continuous closing or opening ports. |
