The Hansen level switch of HLL series is used to indicate or control a liquid level by opening or closing a SPDT switch. In systems with electronic level transducers these float switches are used as a fixed level control which cannot easily be replaced by others.
The simple and robust design provides a long, reliable operation in virtually any application. The relay is mounted in a sealed plastic cover which makes the switching action clearly visible however the relay can not be touched. The switch assembly can be replaced without opening of the system. Hansen float switches are suitable for NH3, R404A, R507, R134a and other refrigerants and fluids with a density between 550 and 1700 kg/m3. The switch floats have a standard level difference of 50 mm. Switch assembly and housing are interchangeable with R / S and Parker.

Features:
Hansen steel SEE-LEVEL™ liquid indicators can be welded directly on a pipeline or vessel. The level indicators long universal housing provides adequate length for ease of welding as well as insulation clearance for low temperature applications.
The level indicators are available with glass reflex (or clear) lenses fused in steel retainer ring which makes the glass almost impossible to break. The optional frost shield facilitates are designed for clear
view of liquid level in frosting conditions.
