RTK Pneumatic actuators



RTK actuators are specialy designed for the RTK control valves. There are two main groups; electric operated and pneumatically operated actuators.
 
The pneumatically actuators are sturdy and provided with and durable membrane. The pneumatically actuator van move very quick, so almost each changing in the process can be followed. There are several executions with different forces. In standard execution the Siemens Sipart PS2 or Schneider Foxboro SRD998 positioner is used on the actuator.
 

 
Pneumatic actuator types:
 

  • ST6115 with membrane surface of 120 cm², stroke 20 mm

  • ST6135 with membrane surface of 280 cm², stroke 35 mm

  • ST6160 with membrane surface of 530 cm², stroke 40 to 60 mm

  • ST6175 with membrane surface of 1000 cm², stroke 60 mm

  • ST6141 with membrane surface of 1000 cm², stroke 80 mm

 

Options for pneumaticallly actuators:
 

  • Normal open or normal closed

  • Several bus systems with i.e. Profibus

  • Hand operation

  • EEx execution

  • Stroke limit switches
