The iQ-Plate (Vahterus Combined) is a development of the Vahterus and Wijbenga R&D teams. The leading knowledge of heat exchangers and refrigeation technology were combined in a search for the best and most reliable solution. Since the market introduction in 2012 over 800 iQ plates are successfully in operation .
Applications:
The i-Qplate is suitable for cooling down liquids and gases or for condensing gases as a cascade condenser, e.g. in CO 2 / NH 3 systems. On the plate side a multi-pass configuration is possible.
