The BPP is a special designed oil return system for flooded systems. A controlled flow of hot gas periodically pushes a certain volume of liquid from the low pressure side to the compressor. The remaining refrigerant is evaporated and the oil goes back to the compressor. In this waythe oil that passed the oil separator is recovered and keeps the oil system in balance. With this system manually draining of oil belongs to the past en is much safer and better for the environment. ,The BDP system is also suitable for soluble in oil.

A special heatexchanger for installation in the discharge line of the compressor, designed for the evaporation of oil / refrigerant mixture from the barrel dosing pump.

Oil drain vessels are used in systems with NH3 and insoluble oil. The oil drain vessel can reduce the oil drain intervals. An electric heating can be mounted to evaporate the refrigerant out of the oil through before draining.
Features:
Types:
For safe draining of oil from NH3 systems with a oildome or oil drain vessel. For draining of oil the valve must be squeezed. When the valve is released it closes immediately. For mounting ½ "connections such as the EA10GB.
The oil return venturi ORVW is designed for use in oil recovery in flooded and pump systems. A flow of discharge gas over de venturi creates a negative pressure in the venturi chamber. This sucks a small amount of refrigerant/oil mixture from the low pressure side. The refrigerant in this mixture should be evaporated and the can be traced back to the compressor. When the re-circulated quantity of oil is equal to the amount of oil that leaves the oil separator, the system is in balance.
The venturi can be used for all kinds of refrigerants and immiscible and miscible oil types. This system can save time and reduces the waste of oil.
